2.1 GetAura is an AI-powered photo generation service that transforms user-uploaded selfies into professional-quality dating profile photos. The Service includes: AI photo generation from selfies, multiple scene and style options, photo downloads, and account management features.
2.2 The Service offers various pricing tiers and credit-based packages as displayed on the Website.
3.1 Your purchase or subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, revocable license.
3.2 Your license permits You to: access and use the Service for personal purposes, generate and download AI photos, and use generated photos on dating profiles and social media.
3.3 Your license does NOT permit: sharing login credentials, granting access to others, copying or reproducing proprietary materials, creating derivative works, developing competing products, reselling or sublicensing access, disassembling or decompiling code, or circumventing technical restrictions.
4.1 To use the Service, You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and provide accurate information.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining login credential confidentiality. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately to alex@getaura.pics.
5.1 You retain ownership of all photos You upload to the Service.
5.2 AI-generated photos belong to You once created. You are free to use them on dating profiles, social media, and for personal purposes.
5.3 The Company retains all rights to the Service, software, algorithms, and proprietary technologies.
5.4 By uploading photos, You represent that You own them or have permission from the rightful owner, and that the photos are of You.
5.5 You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of generating AI photos. We may also use anonymized or aggregated data for improving our services.
6.1 Pricing: The Service offers credit-based packages at prices displayed on the Website. All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise.
6.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, You authorize the charge to Your payment method.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.
7.1 All sales are final and non-refundable due to the AI processing and computational resources that are consumed upon use, including AI model inference, image generation, and third-party API calls.
7.2 Once You purchase credits and use the Service, consumed resources cannot be recovered. Refunds are unavailable for purchased credits or services already rendered.

8.1 Termination by User: You may delete Your account at any time from Your account settings or by contacting alex@getaura.pics.
8.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account for violating these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or abuse of the Service.
8.3 Consequences of Termination: Your access ceases immediately. Your data, including uploaded and generated photos, is deleted within 30 days. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination.

10.1 AI-generated photos are provided as-is. While we strive for high quality and likeness, results may vary based on the quality and variety of uploaded photos.

10.3 You are solely responsible for how You use the generated photos.
11.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
11.2 The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
12.1 Your use of the Website and Service is at Your own risk. You are solely responsible for Your results and actions.
12.2 The Company is not liable for damages resulting from: Your use or misuse of the Service, failure to achieve expected results, errors, delays, or interruptions, or loss of income, revenue, or profits.
12.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages.
12.4 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed amounts You paid during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from all damages, claims, actions, suits, judgments, costs, and attorney’s fees arising from: Your actions or omissions, Service use, law or regulation violations, Terms violations, or intellectual property infringement.
